With all the warm weather, I’m ready for spring. That means fresh fruit and berries! While strolling through the grocery store the other day, I saw some delicious looking strawberries. Well, that led to this month’s recipe! Strawberry infused muffins and a cup of coffee, now that’s a wake and bake for sure! So, try this recipe and let me know what you think.
1cup of flour
1/2 cup of quick oats
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 large egg
1/4 cup of cannabis butter
1 cup of milk
1 cup of fresh strawberries
Step 1: Mix together the oats, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2: In a smaller bowl mix together the egg, milk, and marijuana butter.
Step 3: Make a crater in the large bowl and then pour in the liquid mix from the smaller bowl.
Step 4: Stir it up a little, don’t stir until smooth, it should be lumpy.
Step 5: Carefully insert the strawberries deep into the mix, you can slice the strawberries into halves and quarters if you wish..
Step 6: Pour the mixture into a muffin tin, using muffin liners, make sure that you leave room in each muffin tin for them to rise, your mix should fill about 75% of the capacity of the liners.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven which has been preheated to 380F-400F.
Step 8: Leave to cool on a wire rack, and then enjoy!
